The color is exactly as shown online.The chair were easy to assemble (phillips and flathead NOT included), except for the seat itself. The screws given are too small for the holes where the screws are supposed to go. It's definitely an error on the manufacturer's part - so I'm sure there are many others with the same mistake? I'll be calling customer service about it...but the directions are dummy proof - the seats simply won't attach. I have put together a lot of furniture. However, the chairs took longer than I thought they would.
