Just got it today, and it is very sturdy, in perfect shape, and even better looking than the picture! But, just so you know know, the fabric on the chairs is textured, not smooth looking like in the picture (but we think it's even BETTER!!) and the color is a combo of creams and whites. VERY classy and nice! Just a wonderful all around table for the money. People can't stop saying how great it looks! And, it says "distressed" black...don't worry..it's just a nice black wood. (Not cheap wood on either the chairs or table..nice sturdy thick wood and stable. Also, came in great shape!
