This review is from: 5pc Black Metal & Wood Round Dining Room Table & Chair Set I would rate it a zero but that wasn't a choice. I purchased this item and it arrived chipped on the table top; screws were used and the pieces didn't fit together properly and the table was wobbly with lots of loose/chipped wood. I put a bad review on Amazon because to return it the cost was half of the purchase. When the company saw my review they contacted me to say they would give me a 100% refund if I removed the bad review from Amazon and returned the item. I agreed, returned the item and have yet to see a refund. They were very responsive until I took the review down but now that I am trying to contact them about my refund there is no response. Terrible company with bad products. Other reviews can attest to this. I cannot believe Amazon continues to allow this seller to be listed on their site. Bad decision!!! However, I was pleasantly surprised at how well everything was packaged. Extremely easy to put together and definitely better quality than I expected. For the price, you can't beat this set.
